Made-to-order items: Some items are prepared after your order is placed and typically ship within 2 weeks. The product page will identify these items and show their estimated shipping time.

Preorders: Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before your order ships, unless the product page states a different timeline. Production may begin after the preorder window closes.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives your package and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we’re unable to ship within the timeframe shown when you ordered, we’ll contact you with an updated date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

DescriptionAll sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or size, or your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us through our website within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Your rights regarding an order we cannot ship on time still apply.
